The name of this platform is a reference to a more abstract concept: A point in the sky drawing an angle to the location and time of one’s birth. The Part of Fortune in a natal chart highlights an area of one’s life in which that person may succeed remarkably, uniquely, and daringly. The moon represents emotions. These two symbols residing in tandem indicate a daring ability to emotionally express. I just so happen to have expressed myself through painting since birth. Such is the case for many other artists with prominent Part of Fortune placements; thus, this platform was birthed to showcase the more mystical breed of artists who emotionally express through their work, with a bold disregard for disapproval from the materially grounded skeptics of our fascination with the sacred, other-worldly, and spiritual.
