For gifts or an investment in yourself, this option allows you to order exactly the artwork you would like.
On Jacqueline’s work: I specialize in watercolor portraiture of both people and animals, but also create landscapes, still-lives, and abstract concepts merging several images together in one. My commissions are very precision-oriented and focus on likeness.
See “Portfolio” for some examples of the work I have done.
Upon placing this item in your cart, you will be directed to a form to specify the piece you would like. You will receive an email from the artist to further discuss the details of the piece, or to decline the application. We will provide a price estimate and proceed with further discussion of the details of the piece.
Be specific on what you want. The more details you provide, the better! Do not be shy in explaining your idea.
Have ready reference images. If you would like a portrait of your baby’s face, photographs or references of your baby’s face must be provided over email, after we receive your application and reach out to you. For other subjects, such as a seaside landscape, it can be helpful to include some images of what inspires your idea, even if you do not want the painting to look exactly like the photograph provided.
Note that pricing is not consistent with subject matter nor size; it is an hourly rate. A landscape of the view from your back porch, which can take five hours to complete, will cost significantly less than portrait of three babies’ faces, taking thirty hours to complete. The more thorough and intricate the project, the more original and unique your artwork will be :)
